Other reasons for filing a complaint

Most of the reasons that you would file a complaint when you are a victim of a phone scam. Aside from those you can also file a complaint against a telemarketing company for the following reasons:

  1. If you receive any telemarketing calls early in the morning before 8 AM or after 9 PM.
  2. If they leave a message with no phone number so that you can sign up for their do not call list.
  3. If the telemarketing company already called before and you have asked them to place your phone number in their do-not-call list.
  4. If the telemarketer does not identify themselves and their company.
  5. You have received a recorded message from their company asking you to call someone and that you did not give them any permission to call you or if you do not have any business relationship with them.
