Assign a phone number in your speed dial 8 feature

When using Speed Dial 8 from the phone, dial the speed dial code number, then # key.

Follow these steps to program your Speed Dial 8:

  1. Dial the code to start programming your speed dial 8 and listen for the second dial tone.
  2. Press any one-digit code (2 through 9).
  3. Enter the phone number you'd like that code to represent.
  4. When you hear two short tones, that code and number are now programmed into your Speed Dial system.
For Example:

Dial *74 then 2 (the digit you want to assign it to) then the 808 for the area code and then phone number 123-4567. It will be like dialing *74-2-808-123-4567.
