Call forwarding

Call Forwarding is a feature that allows the customer to forward their phone call to another phone number. This feature allows the caller to be routed to a different phone number in case the phone number that they have dialed is unavailable or no one answers their call. Usually, the forwarded line rings once, to remind anyone that their calls are being redirected.

Some long distance carriers charge an additional fee for this service. Do ask your long distance carrier if they have this feature for free of charge when you avail their service.
