- Call the phone company that charges you for the calls you did not place or services you did not use. Have them explain the charges and ask for an adjustment for any incorrect billing.
- Inform your own local phone company's toll free number. It will be on your phone bill. Ask them for the procedure for removing any incorrect charges on your phone bill.
- If they will not remove any incorrect charges from your phone bill, you can file a complaint to the regulatory agency that handles your concern.
