Otras razones de archivar una queja


La mayoría de las razones que usted archivaría una queja cuando usted es una víctima de un scam del teléfono. Aparte de ésas usted puede también archivar a un telemarketer del againsta de la queja y a su compañía por las razones siguientes:

  1. Si usted recibe cualquier telemarketing llama temprano por la mañana antes de que 8 o después de 9 P.M.
  2. Si dejan un mensaje sin número de teléfono de modo que usted pueda firmar para arriba para su no llame la lista.
  3. Si la compañía del telemarketing llamó ya antes y usted los ha pedido que para poner su número de teléfono en su-no-llame la lista.
  4. Si el telemarketer no se identifica y a su compañía.
  5. Usted ha recibido un mensaje registrado de su compañía que le preguntaba que para llamar alguien y a ése usted no les dio ningún permiso de llamarle o si usted no tiene ninguna relación del negocio con ellos.
