Evite el scam de 90 teléfonos


Si su lugar del negocio utiliza un PBX o un PABX, el encargado de las telecomunicaciones usted o de su compañía debe entrar en contacto con el fabricante del PBX o del PABX y de las compañías del teléfono que proveen de usted servicio telefónico local e interurbano para obtener la información sobre el tipo de sistemas de la seguridad disponibles para proteger su sistema de teléfono contra fraude del peaje. Usted puede también preguntar acerca de cualquier servicio de supervisión que la ayuda detectó uso inusual del sistema de teléfono.

Para evitar de hacer una blanco de este scam, eduqúese y a otros empleados sobre el 9-0 - # scam. Haga que sus empleados consigan la información siguiente:

  1. Consiga su nombre y número de teléfono.
  2. Informe al llamador que usted llamará la compañía del teléfono para ver si hay un problema o no con la línea.
  3. Cuelgue para arriba y no marque ningunos números de la transferencia el llamador a una línea exterior.
  4. Llame su abastecedor del servicio telefónico y divulgue la llamada telefónica sospechosa. Provea de ellos todos los detalles de la llamada.
  5. Llame a sus funcionarios locales de la aplicación de ley.
