Honorario de PICC
El honorario inter-exchange primario del código del portador (PICC) es una carga que los abastecedores interurbanos mandan la cuenta en su declaración interurbana para recuperar el dinero cargado a ellos por su portador local. Esto se carga generalmente a las líneas de negocio.

Si un portador interurbano no se asigna en una línea dada, la compañía local tiene la prerrogativa para cargar o para renunciar el honorario.
