How do voice mail work

When you are not available to answer a phone call, your caller is automatically routed to your Voice Mail and the caller will be asked to leave a voice message on your personal answering service. You can also be able to record your own greeting if you want to.

Access your voice mail box by simply dialing the code given to you by your long distance carrier. After you dial the access code you will hear a voice prompt that instructs you on which button to press to listen to your messages. After that you will be given a list of option as to what you want to do with the message.

With this kind of feature you will never miss any call.

Some long distance carriers charge an additional fee for this service. Do ask your long distance carrier if they have this feature for free of charge when you avail their service.
